Our mission
We started KeanPlay with one simple idea: a good game shouldn’t make you jump through hoops. You shouldn’t need to install anything, hand over an email address, or sit through a setup screen just to enjoy two minutes of play. So we built a place where you tap a game and you’re already playing — on your phone on the bus, on a laptop between meetings, on a tablet on the sofa. Every game here is free, runs straight in your browser, and is designed to be the perfect little break in a busy day.
What makes us different
Most of what we make is built in-house from scratch. Games like Sky Hopper, Tower Blocks, Coin Rush, Pixel Runner, Neon Snake, Blade Master, Brick Buster and Tap Cricket are our own designs, written with plain web technology so they load in a heartbeat and feel right on a touchscreen. There’s no heavy game engine to download and nothing that bogs your device down. That focus on being lightweight and mobile-first is the whole point — we’d rather have a handful of games that feel wonderful than a giant catalogue that crawls.
- Genuinely free. No paywalls, no “premium” lives, no nagging to upgrade.
- Instant. Tap and play — no installs, no sign-up, no loading bars.
- Built for phones first. One thumb is all most of our games ask of you.
- Made by hand. Original mechanics and artwork, tuned by people who actually play them.
How we make our games
We’re a small team, and we like it that way. Each game begins as a single idea — “what if you only had to time one tap?” — and grows through a lot of playtesting. We obsess over the first ten seconds: a game should be easy to start, clear without a tutorial, and forgiving enough that you want one more go. Then we sweat the difficulty curve so it’s easy to pick up but hard to put down, the kind of thing where “just one more round” turns into ten. If a game isn’t fun on a phone with one hand, it doesn’t ship.
Come and play
That’s really all there is to it — we make small games we love and put them somewhere anyone can enjoy them for free. Pick one from our games library and chase a new best score. And if there’s a game you wish existed, we’d genuinely love to hear about it: drop us a note through the Contact page. A surprising number of the games we build start as a suggestion from someone who just wanted something fun to play.
