A few things that help
To get you a useful reply as quickly as possible, a little detail goes a long way:
- Reporting a bug? Tell us which game, what happened, and the device and browser you were using (for example, “Neon Snake on Chrome, Android phone”). A screenshot is gold.
- Suggesting a game? Describe the idea in a line or two — the simpler and more pick-up-and-play it is, the better it fits KeanPlay.
- General feedback? Tell us what you enjoyed or what felt off. Honest, specific notes are the most useful kind.
We aim to reply within a few working days. Please note we can only help with KeanPlay itself — we’re an independent games site and aren’t connected to any other service. There’s no need to send personal or payment details; a short message is all it takes.
