1. Acceptance of these terms

KeanPlay (“KeanPlay”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates a free online games website at https://play.shopkean.com. These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and KeanPlay that governs your access to and use of the website and the games offered on it.

Except for the limited licence to play described above, you may not, without our prior written permission:

scrape, crawl, harvest, cache or systematically download our content or data using any automated means;
decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decrypt or otherwise attempt to discover or extract the source code, structure or assets of any game or feature, except to the limited extent that such a restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law;

All rights that are not expressly granted to you in these terms are reserved by KeanPlay.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

We want KeanPlay to stay fast, fair and friendly for everyone. When you use the site, you agree that you will not:

We love hearing from players. If you choose to send us feedback, suggestions, comments, bug reports or ideas for new games or features (“Feedback”), you agree that we are free to use that Feedback for any purpose without any obligation to you. This means we may use, develop, copy, modify and incorporate your Feedback into the site or our games without owing you any acknowledgement, compensation or confidentiality, and without giving rise to any ownership or other claim on your part.
